Office Administration:
Reports, correspondence, memos, minutes, schedules, mail shots
Posting out invoices/statements to tenants
Formatting documents
Assisting Property Managers with collating s/c budget packs
Property Management Assistant:
Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines
Assisting PM’s when organising site inspections
Assisting PM’s with arrears chasing
Assisting property managers with ad hoc tasks
Communication with clients and tenants in a professional and effective manner
Collating monthly reports for clients
Organising access when required with tenants for inspections.
Liaising with Utility Companies on Change of Tenancies
Sending out Authority Letters to Utility Companies
Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail
Excellent spoken and written English and takes pride in presentation of work.
Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Have the necessary organisation skills to provide an efficient support service to the department.
Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.
Well presented with a clear speaking voice
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel, Adobe)
This is a fully office based role with no option for hybrid working.
