Property Administrator

Office Administration:

  • Reports, correspondence, memos, minutes, schedules, mail shots

  • Posting out invoices/statements to tenants

  • Formatting documents

  • Assisting Property Managers with collating s/c budget packs

Property Management Assistant:

  • Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines

  • Assisting PM’s when organising site inspections

  • Assisting PM’s with arrears chasing

  • Assisting property managers with ad hoc tasks

  • Communication with clients and tenants in a professional and effective manner

  • Collating monthly reports for clients

  • Organising access when required with tenants for inspections.

  • Liaising with Utility Companies on Change of Tenancies

  • Sending out Authority Letters to Utility Companies

Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent spoken and written English and takes pride in presentation of work.

  • Flexible, adaptable and cooperative with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • Have the necessary organisation skills to provide an efficient support service to the department.

  • Dedicated, loyal, diligent and punctual with a tidy manner.

  • Well presented with a clear speaking voice

  • Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Outlook/Word/PowerPoint/Excel, Adobe)

This is a fully office based role with no option for hybrid working.
